  • Administrator sign in Zoom web portal and click on < Account Management> and then again click on <Account Setting>
  • Go to In Meeting (Basic) section that is appearing under <Meeting> tab.
  • Now check <Send files via meeting chat> setting, it is either enabled otherwise disable.
  • If your setting is disabled then you have to need click on toggle to enable it and when authentication dialog will be display and hit on <Enable> to validate the change.
  • (Option) to make setting file types, and check <Only allow specified file types>, and you can add the file type extensions with using separated by commas.
  • (Option) to make setting file types, and <check Maximum file size>, and you can make adjustment the maximum file size.
  • (Option) to make setting mandatory for all users of your account, and then click on <Lock> icon and again click <Lock> to validate change.

To Enable In-Meeting to Specific Group

  • Log in Zoom web portal as a administrator with taking permission to edit user groups.
  • Go to menu and click <User Management> and click again <Group Management>
  • Now you have to need click on name of group and hit on <Setting> button.
  • Go to In Meeting (Basic) section that is appearing under <Meeting> tab.
  • Now check <Send files via meeting chat> setting, it is either enabled otherwise disable.

  • If your setting is disabled then you have to need click on toggle to enable it and when authentication dialog will be display and hit on <Enable> to validate the change.

Note: If this option is enabled with gray colored that means it is locked with Group or Account level, and now you have to need to contact your Zoom administrator.
