Hit on <account management> in your menu, and then click on <Account Setting>

Now navigate to <Virtual Background> option and can verify either setting is enabled in meeting tab or not.

If your setting is disabled then hit on toggle and turn on it.

Anytime you can get verification alert and choose <turn on> to validate your change.

How to Set Virtual Background Feature for all Members of Particular Group

First of all, you have to need log in to Zoom web portal as a administrator by permission to edit user groups.

Hit on <user management> option that is showing in to navigation menu.

Now click on <group management> option.

Click on the name of the group.

Tap on <settings> tab

Now you have to need navigate the <virtual background> option and validate that setting is enabled or not in <Meeting> tab.

If this setting is getting to disable, and then you have to press the status toggle to get turn on it

After that if you will get verification alert window then choose <Turn on> to validate the change.

Stage 1: If setting is getting to gray out that means it is locked at account level and you have to necessary it changed from this level.

Stage 2: If you wish to make this setting compulsory to all users in this group then click on <lock> icon and then again click on <lock> to verify setting.
